We have apartments for rent in Boston and Cambridge. Please see our Listings for what's currently available.  Appointments are booked online.

Many of our tenants are graduate students and young professionals. We specialize in doing quick rentals for those coming to Boston from other countries or other states. Our high-quality apartments are located in highly desirable areas with access to 1-3 train lines and several buses. We own and maintain the buildings; we are not agents.

If you're interested in renting an apartment or room from us, please read the Rental process. Contact us at if you have any questions.

Leases. Here's a sample lease; do not fill it out or send it to us. The actual lease will be pre-filled with details and will just require your signature. Leases are usually for one year, and end on Aug 31, regardless of when they start. Dates & Duration. Typical leases in Boston are from Sep 1 to Aug 31 of the following year. This is because of the profusion of universities & the number of students in the area. Most universities start around Sep 1, hence these dates. We almost never don't do part-year leases that end on any day other than Aug 31. The only exception to this is when we have a sublet available.

Leaving earlier.
If you wish to leave earlier than Aug 31, then you will need to find someone to replace you who is acceptable to us. This will require the new resident to submit an application.

Online paperwork. All the paperwork: the application, lease (see sample), rent payment, etc. are done online. Most of our clients and tenants find this to be super-useful, but some find it to be a bit of a pain. If you like doing things online, we're the only ones in Boston who offer electronic leases. If you don't like being online anymore than you have to, just let us know and we'll take care of it for you. We can do it on paper or do it in longhand.
